Meet Our Team

Frank - President

I am the President and owner. I began working in flooring at 13 years old and fell in love with the industry. I started The Carpet Company in 1982 at 20 years old. I live every day to provide the best quality flooring and service to the great people of Northeast Ohio. In 1987 I married my wife, Terri, and we have 3 children. I enjoy golfing and traveling. My favorite book is The Bible.

Terri – Vice President / Treasurer

I am the Vice President and Treasurer. I started working here a couple of months before Frank and I were married in June of 1987. I run the office, overseeing all accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and taxes. After work I enjoy coming home to my Cavalier King Charles puppy, Chestnut, my Jack Russell Terrier, Teddy, and my two cats, Mr. Walters and Stella. I enjoy reading, gardening, and traveling with my husband and family. My favorite flooring is wood because it is easy to clean and has a natural look.

Michelle – Sales Consultant / Decorator

I have been working with the Carpet Company since 1999 as a sales consultant and decorator. I enjoy working with our customers and providing them with a service to make their decisions pleasant and easy. In my personal life I enjoy walks in the park, gardening, boating, and being with my family!

Michael – Installation Manager

I have 25 years of experience in the flooring industry including installation of carpet, ceramic, and most hard surfaces all in a supervisory role. My job is to match one of our talented mechanics with you and your specific flooring; then oversee the installation from start to finish and provide any answers for questions you might have. I also take care of any needs you may have after installation. I occasionally still work in the field as well in a specialty installation capacity. I enjoy doing custom stair work the most. I am here to see to it that your vision for your job comes to life after completion. If I can assist you in any way, please call.

Logan – Operations Manager

I joined The Carpet Company team in 2017 after 10 years in the golf industry. I enjoy learning all aspects of the business and thrive to help out in every part of the day-to-day operations. I assist in buying, selling, accounting, and customer service. I enjoy spending time with my wife, and my black Labrador retriever, Huxtable. In my spare time I love to travel and play golf.
